Construction is one of the least digitized industries on earth. Managers spend more time guessing than knowing. How productive was the crew today? Where did time get lost? Was everyone working safely? These questions get answered by gut feeling instead of data.
We built Tectiv to give construction the measurement that manufacturing and logistics have had for decades, without new hardware, extra sensors or a technical hire. The cameras already on site are enough.

A day on site should be answerable: what it cost, where the time went, and why. Tectiv writes that down from the cameras already there, every shift.
- 02Cost is the unit
Idle time is priced against the site’s own labor rate, not counted as a percentage. A number in dollars is one a PM can act on and an owner can read.
- 03The work, not the worker
No faces, no names, no scorecards. The record describes zones, trades and conditions. It never grades a person.
