How does pricing work?
Solo is one site for $1,495/mo flat. Growth (2–9 sites) is $395/site/mo plus 0.75% of the labor and equipment spend the cameras monitor; Enterprise (10+ sites) is $295/site/mo plus 0.55% of the same.
Why is the audit free?
Because the audit is how we prove the number. Two weeks of your own cameras through the full pipeline, and your real idle cost delivered in person. If that number does not clear multiples of our price, we should not be selling to you.
Why does the price meter on monitored spend?
Because the value scales with the work being watched. A bigger crew with more equipment has more idle cost to find, so the fee scales with it, and a dormant or rained-out month meters lower automatically.
Why is Enterprise priced below Growth per site?
Deliberately. Early enterprise customers get land-grab pricing and keep it: logos that sign at today’s rate are grandfathered forever. The rate rises for new deals once our first case studies publish.
What counts as a “site”?
One contiguous jobsite under one project number. A 40-story tower is one site even if you have 12 cameras across 12 floors. Two buildings on opposite sides of the city are two sites.
Is there really no setup fee?
No setup fee. Onboarding is included: we connect your cameras, define your zones, and train your team in the first week.
What is the contract length?
Annual on Solo and Growth. Enterprise is 1- or 2-year.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at renewal. The metered percentage already adjusts to your sites month to month.
What if I already have cameras installed?
Even better. Tectiv reads your existing IP cameras over RTSP, so there is no proprietary hardware to buy.
